TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective from 1 September 2025
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you may engage in the renting, lending, purchase or sale of apparel from Happy Days Rental Limited (Company No. 796537, Tax No. 4474139RH) (the “Service”) and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the Terms that govern your use of our website www.happy-days.ie (the "Site"). Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the Site. Access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms and applicable law. By using the Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please cease using and leave the Site immediately and refrain from further access and use of it.
Information About Us
The Service and the Site are operated by Happy Days Rental Limited ("Happy Days", "we", "our" or "us"). We are a limited company registered in Dublin, Ireland under company number 796537. Our tax number is 4474139RH. Our main trading address is Unit 4, The Mart House, Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18, Ireland (the “Premises”).
General Conditions
3.1 In the event of loss of one of our items, we reserve the right to charge you up to the recommended retail price (“RRP”) of the item via your credit card on file. In the event of returning an item damaged, we reserve the right to charge you up to the full RRP, but each case will be evaluated individually.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.3 You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
3.4 You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without express written permission by us.
Modifications to the Products, Service and Prices
4.1 Prices for Happy Days apparel, which may include, but are not limited to, dresses, skirts, tops, trousers, outerwear such as blazers, coats, jackets or stoles, shoes, accessories (including handbags, purses, wallets etc.), or other items (the “Products”), are subject to change without notice.
4.2 We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice.
4.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
The Products or Services
5.1 Certain Products may be available exclusively online through the website. Certain Products may be available exclusively in store. These Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return to us on the day specified. You agree to return these to us in a good and fair condition on the date stipulated. Failure to return to us on the day specified will automatically incur a late fee as described in Clause 9.7 below. If you do not return the item within 5 calendar days or return it in an unrepairable condition, we reserve the right to charge your card for the RRP of the item.
5.2 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
5.3 We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our Products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time. Any offer for any Product made on this site is void where prohibited.
5.4 We do not warrant that the quality of any Products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.
Online Order Process
6.1 To place an order, you must register an account with us using the “Create an Account” section on the site.
6.2 To place an order, please choose the Product you require and fill in the requested information. Please check the details carefully before confirming your order.
6.3 Products are hired subject to being available for rent at the time you request them. Happy Days will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of unavailability.
6.4 Once you have submitted your order, you will proceed to a secure payment page for payment details.
6.5 After payment, you will receive an order acknowledgement email, but a contract is not yet formed.
6.6 Your order is an offer to us; a contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email or supply the Product.
6.7 Until confirmation is received, we may decline to provide any Product.
6.8 We may contact you to confirm details, and any changes agreed will form part of the contract.
Online Payment and Pricing Errors
7.1 Online payments shall be taken in accordance with this Part 7.
7.2 If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm or cancel your order.
7.3 If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled.
7.4 If cancelled due to a pricing error and payment has been made, we will refund the full amount.
How to Cancel an Online Order
8.1 We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
8.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date purchase and account information.
8.3 Orders for rental Products can be cancelled before confirmation is sent.
8.4 Cancellations more than 10 days in advance are fully refundable; within 10 days are non-refundable.

Click & Collect and Return
9.1 These terms apply to "Click & Collect" orders and returns.
9.2 This service is available on all Products subject to availability.
9.3 Products must be collected from our Premises unless agreed otherwise.
9.4 Collection times will be confirmed by email.
9.5 If unavailable, alternative options may be offered.
9.6 Verification will be required before collection.
9.7 Products must be returned to Happy Days as agreed. Failure to return within the agreed period will incur a late fee of €20 for the first day and €30 per day thereafter.
Sales
9.8 Only Products designated as available for purchase (“Products for Purchase”) may be bought. All Products for Purchase are sold “as is,” without warranty.
9.81 The Purchase Price is as listed on the Happy Days website at the time of purchase. Payment is taken immediately.
9.82 If you wish to return a purchased Product, you must notify Happy Days within 24 hours of receipt and return it within 14 days at your expense. Refunds will only be issued if the Product is unworn and in its original condition.
9.83 Returns will not be accepted if the Product is worn, damaged, or altered.
9.84 Returns must be made using a trackable method. If tracking cannot be provided, you are liable for the full replacement value.
Accessing Our Site
Access to and use of the Site is permitted on a temporary basis and subject to these Terms. We are not liable if the Site is unavailable at any time.
Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
Information on this site is for general purposes only. Reliance on this material is at your own risk. We may modify content without obligation to update it.
Intellectual Property Rights
We own or license all copyright and intellectual property rights on the Site. You may view and print pages for personal use but not for commercial purposes without permission. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate termination of access.
Reliance on Information Posted
Information and materials published on the Site do not constitute advice.
Our Liability
The Site and its contents are provided without warranties or guarantees. We exclude all liability to the extent permitted by law, including indirect or consequential loss. Direct losses are capped at €10. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Viruses and Security
You must not misuse the Site by introducing harmful material or attempting unauthorised access. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by viruses or attacks.

You may use our Site only for lawful purposes and must not transmit unsolicited advertising or spam.

Severance
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms.
